Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
